International News

An Al-Qaeda inspired terrorist group Al-Shabab operating in Somalia has systematically destroyed Christian shrines, and burial grounds in an attempt to implement Sharia law in Kismayo, Somalia's third largest town.

Under Al-Shabab no "un-Islamic" actions or monuments will be "tolerated" according to a despatch from an Al-Jazeera reporter.

Drug users are publicly lashed in public, burial grounds dating back over a hundred years of Christians were destroyed.
A Roman Catholic Church in Kismayo was totally destroyed in a mindless act of violence with men wielding sledge hammers destroying Christian burial grounds that existed for many hundreds of years.  A mosque is now being built on the grounds of the church.
