Oxford Street tube station was evacuated in this morning’s rush hour after a second fire alert in a matter of weeks.

A small blaze in an air conditioning unit was spotted by a member of staff and the London fire brigade was called at 7.30am.

Holidaymakers are at "risk" after the Civil Aviation Authority lost a court case defining what a package holiday is, the regulator says.
