Ten people were arrested after police raided a Victoria nightclub on Saturday night. Cops nabbed clubbers in possession of class A drugs, suppliers and an irate man who assaulted an officer in the intelligence led operation Pacha nightclub just after midnight. 200 searched
Over 200 people were searched in the shakedown, which led to four arrests for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, three arrests for possession of class a drugs, one arrest for handling stolen goods, one arrest for theft and one arrest for assault on police. All ten remain in custody. Officers also found around 100 pills, 30 wraps of white powder and six wraps of brown powder discarded at the scene. Manager closes club Following the raid the club's manager voluntarily agreed to close the club pending a review of his licence. The operation was led by officers from Westminster South, assisted by colleagues from the Territorial Support Group and the Clubs and Vice Unit.
