Parents and friends are baffled after a seemingly fun loving teenage girl threw herself under a tube train. 18-year-old Rosie Smith from Forest Gate died after jumping onto the track at Wansted station around midnight on Friday. Just passed A-levels
There were apparently no issues at home or with her boyfriend, the girl had just returned from holidaying with friends, and passed her A-levels a few weeks ago. She leaves an older brother and younger sister. Her distraught family are anxiously waiting for pathology reports that will reveal if Rosie was drunk or on drugs that night in East London. Friends and colleagues from Virgin Active have set up a Facebook group for the 'fun loving' girl; she would have been 19 next month. Photo released by family
