Twin Muslim sisters have won a £10m pay out after allegations of racism and drug taking at a major international company in the city. Moroccan’s Hanan and Samira Fariad, 31, claimed bosses at French company Tradition Securities and Futures transferred Jewish clients away to non-Muslim workers and stood by as colleges took cocaine and subjected them to racial and religious abuse for two years. The six figure salary brokers made over 200 allegations in their 150 page statement to the Central London Employment Tribunal this week. Out-of-court settlement
However, just before they were due to give evidence, the case was halted when the Fariad's accepted nearly £10m in settle the tribunal out-of-court. Their spokesman confirmed the case was settled. A statement by Tradition Securities and Futures earlier this month denied claims they transferred Jewish clients from the twins calling it "an utter distortion of the facts." They added that the claimants "made all the decisions concerning allocation of clients herself, with full discretion and co coercion."
