No more blood on the streets of Edmonton

Its time we started to get really tough with the young thugs who pull out knives and guns on the streets of Edmonton.  Police officers should be allowed to either carry tasers or guns to patrol these areas.

Less than a week ago a young man was stabbed over some conkers being thrown at him; clearly the mostly black gangs don't fear the law, or care about the consequences.  Stop and search has failed also, so what else is left?  Arm the police on the streets of Edmonton and if any of these thugs even thinks of about pulling out a weapon the police should use the full force of the law to protect law abiding citizens.

The investment in the areas which has seen public and private sector money rejuvenate Edmonton Green has failed to prevent the thugs from causing havoc on the streets of Edmonton.  We need a new approach; it must be "ZERO TOLERANCE" that means heavy policing with serious officers patrolling the streets ready to use weapons to enforce law and order.  No more conciliatory talk please, because tomorrow it could easily affect you or me.   I want to see and feel the police on the streets, and if the Prime Minister does not understand then he is in a parallel universe to me.

Edmonton needs to have armed police at streets corners to show to these thugs that if they mess with the law they have made a massive mistake.  Wake up Theresa May the streets are fast becoming "unpoliceable" we need someone to show some gumption and fight this problem.

Yes, yes. I agree entirely. Pandering to this toxic gang culture will only make things worse in the long run.
