Katie Holmes Launches her Luxury Clothing Range

Katie Holmes & long time stylist friend Jeanne Yang have collaborated to create a new luxury designer collection, Holmes & Yang. In keeping with Katie and Jeanne’s own style, the label offers American sportswear classics with a modern twist, in the finest fabrics. The duo have produced a collection inspired by easy, timeless pieces that could carry them from day to night, casual to cocktail or work to weekend. Heritage-quality and fabricated exclusively in the USA, this tightly-edited collection is designed to be mixed and matched, slipping seamlessly in to every woman’s wardrobe. Top priorities for the two when creating Holmes & Yang were supreme quality of fabrics, perfecting the fit, and an attention to small details. The collection has been influenced by the 1970s, and includes harem jumpsuits, maxi skirts, (given a modern edge with knife pleats), silk blouses and sharp tailoring. The exclusive European launch was held yesterday at Harvey Nicholls, London and was attended by Katie and Jeanne, Yasmin Mills and Liberty Ross.
