British Transport Police are looking for this girl gang who attacked and robbed a female commuter at Purley train station. Their 31-year-old victim was dragged to the floor by her hair and punched in the face - she can be seen desperately stretching her arm out clutching her mobile phone. DC Paula Eustace called it a "particularly nasty attack" that was only disrupted when a staff member heard the screaming. The victim was waiting on the platform in the early hours of 15 February and was talking on her mobile phone when two girls in their early 20s entered the station. One approached the victim and began to pull her hair and punch her in the head - while the second woman did not take part in the robbery, the CCTV shows she did nothing to stop the assault. Descriptions
