An 18-year old boy and a woman have been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in Harlesden yesterday.

Cops have cordoned off the Park Parade area and shut several roads.

The 20-year old victim suffered multipule stab wounds, police were called around 5pm and he was pronounced dead an hour later - the Met's Homicide and Serious Crime Command have launched a murder inquiry.

A Met spokesman said the victim's family has been informed and a post mortem examination will take place at Northwick Park Hospital.

He added:

"While the identity of the deceased is known, police await formal identification before releasing his name."
