Again the Greeks have come to the defence of the England national football team with Nicky Campbells Five Live broadcast from Johannesburg featuring two Greek-Americans who defended England in the face of a barrage of attacks of callers from the UK describing the England team as "not good enough" and "not having enough skill".

What is England coming to, when the minute there is a stutter in the team, people start attacking the national team, the Greeks on BBC Five Live said:

"England will be in the semi-finals and they have a great team".

And we do have a great team, and we should hold our nerve and believe we can go on and win the world cup, the Greeks believe so we should believe come on England!  It took a bunch of Greek-Americans to stick up for England!
