Review - John Kaponi
Amendment - Face painting, entertainer just for press event 22/3/10
When Harrods decides to venture into something it never does things in halves, the launch of the "Wonderland Cafe" on the fourth floor, provides an escape for both parents and children from London's sometimes monotonous routine. If you want to provide your children with enough fun and enjoyment during your time at Harrods the "Wonderland cafe" (which also serves exquisite egg and pancakes for the adults), a range of drawing, face painting, entertainers, and also the famous Harrods Easter eggs which can be bespoked with special messages.
MY daughter was particularly keen on the card making, with Harrods staff on call to help children make up their own Easter cards. The Toy store is located next to the "Wonderland Cafe" with three new concessions also spun off, Paperchase, The Little White Company and Petit Bateau a department focusing on "clothing from birth and upwards".
Children can also have face painting, and an opportunity to create their own t-shirts with the "Petit Bateau" company providing printing kits here.
Harrods also provides children with the chance to design their cup-cake and if the design wins will be on sale for one day in the store.
During the Easter holidays take a trip to Harrods "Wonderland Cafe" and escape into a magical getaway, with signature Harrods style and elegance.
