Mayor Johnson acted swiftly in the Clements credit card scandal proving he can make decisions to remove "problematic" colleagues in order to maintain a steady ship.
But the number of problems that Mayor Johnson has faced in his first year has been unprecedented with some actions being dealt with effectively some causing Londoners to question Mayor Johnson abilities.

The mood at City Hall according to sources is now one of business as usual with Mayor Johnson determined to limit the damage the Clements scandal may have on his administration.
