A bank worker was locked up this week after breaking a mans jaw in a parking row in Stamford Hill.

Lansinna Mumuni, 28, was caught parking his Mercedes in a space reserved for supermarket customers only, despite several warnings from the Somerfield store manager.

Sanjay Dassanayake confronted Mumuni who then floored the man with a single punch and almost ran him over, clipping his shins when speeding off.

Mumuni claimed he was the victim but a jury at Snaresbrook Crown Court took less than two hours to convict him of grievous bodily harm.

His punch caused a double fracture to the manager’s jaw and he fell to the ground, bravely tried to note down his attacker’s licence plate, Mumuni drove straight into him.

Surgeons later placed five metal plates in his shattered jaw.
