2012 Games construction "visible progress"

In recently released photos the ODA has confirmed that the construction of the 2012 is moving ahead on time and with "visible progress".

ODA Chief Executive David Higgins, said:

“These latest photos show progress on the Olympic Park is transforming the landscape and skyline of East London at a steady rate. Construction on all venues on the Park is going very well and it is clear how much visible progress we are making on the Park.

“With this, the London 2012 website has added new features. The image gallery, the virtual tour and the London 2012 map will help show people across the UK and around the world how the construction is progressing, and how people are getting ready for the Games to come to London in three years time.”

The BBC will be broadcasting a programme on BBC2 on the preparations in London for the 2012 games.
