Alki David the Greek-Cypriot billionaire faces a barrage of criticism over whether his “million dollar challenge” is a total hoax, refusing to pay Juan James Rodriguez who recently streaked in front of the US President Antonis Christodoulou writes.

Internet tycoon Alki David announced a challenge in which an individual will have to streak in front of the president of the United States, Barrack Obama in order to receive
1 million US dollars.

David announced the idea in a promotion of his new website Battlecam.com, in which an individual would have to abide by certain rules in order for them to be the grand winner of the jackpot.

1). The individual would have to be completely naked when executing the stunt.
2). The name of the website should be written on front of the individuals chest
3). The certain individual should shout out Battlecam six times
4). You must be within eyesight and earshot of the president
5). And finally you must upload it or broadcast it live on battlecam.com

Alki David is a Greek Cypriot billionaire and member of the Leventis family, who made their money in Nigeria in bottling soft drinks and other businesses. David has now become one of the most well known broadcasters throughout the world, partly as a result of his publicity campaign to give a $1 million to the person who completes the "naked stunt".

He is notable for his heavy usage of social media, such as his own website Filmone.com, which was launched in September 2010 as the first high definition internet television service in the USA and now, Battlecam.com, which is the first live reality TV channel. David explained why he chose Barrack Obama for the publicity stunt, other the obvious, he is the most powerful man on the planet David said: " I believe that Mr. Obama is the most respected man on the planet, and that is why i chose him".

This 1 million US dollars challenge has created controversy throughout the USA, mainly about the truth behind the whole challenge especially after the latest events. A gentleman called Juan James Rodriguez attempted to seize the opportunity and become a million dollar winner; Rodriguez had appeared naked during the presidents voting rally in Philadelphia on October 11th where he was arrested.  Despite his attempt the prize was never given to him.

Juan James Rodriguez video had been viewed worldwide on Youtube and had clearly done what was expected from him, so why was the prize not given? Alki David replied: "He will only be given the reward if the President confirms he saw Rodriguez's naked stunt".

Does this reluctant response by Mr. David illustrate that does Mr. David really does not want to give a million dollars away? Or is this a publicity stunt aiming to gain notoriety for Mr David's website and him personally?  Show me the money Mr David!
